As President of Irwin Home Equity Lending, Jocelyn formulates and articulates the company's overall vision, mission statement, and strategic plan. She devises and executes major policies, programs, and objectives to promote and ensure the company's continuing success and growth.
Before joining IHE in 1996, Jocelyn was a Vice President for Bank of America Mortgage Group and Senior Vice President of Mortgage Origination Operations for ITT Residential Capital. She also filled a variety of management roles in an eight-year career at Citibank.
Jocelyn earned a BS in Industrial Engineering at the University of the Philippines and did her Masters in Business Administration studies at Ateneo University.
